How long does delivery take?+
Tracked delivery is 1–5 business days nationally, depending on your area. Free over R1 000 to most postcodes. Same-day available in Johannesburg.
Is the packaging discreet?+
Yes — every parcel arrives in a plain outer box with no Ntsiki branding visible. Inside, your order is beautifully wrapped.
Can I track my order?+
Absolutely. You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as it ships, plus SMS updates at every stage.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay via Yoco; instant EFT via Ozow; PayFast (cards/EFT/Mobicred); Peach Payments (3D Secure cards); and SnapScan QR.
Is my card information safe?+
Always. Your card details go directly to our PCI-compliant payment partners — Ntsiki.Store never sees or stores them.
What if I need to change my order?+
Email orders@ntsiki.store within 2 hours of placing the order — we'll do our best to amend it. After dispatch, treat it as a return (we'll cover the courier fee).
Do you ship outside South Africa?+
Not yet. We're focused on serving South African women beautifully first. International shipping is on the roadmap.
How do I use a promo code?+
Add items to your bag, head to checkout, and you'll see a 'Promo code' field in the order summary. Enter your code and click Apply.
How do I become a member?+
Just create an account at sign-up — you'll unlock 10% off your first order, faster checkout, order tracking, and member-only drops.
