Don't love it? You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item for a full refund or exchange. We'll arrange courier collection — you don't even have to leave the house.

How to return something
- Email returns@ntsiki.store with your order number and what you'd like to return.
- We'll arrange courier collection within 2 business days, at no cost to you.
- Pop the unworn item back in its original packaging and hand it over.
- Once received and inspected (1–2 business days), we'll process your refund or exchange.
What can't be returned
For safety and hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on the following once opened:
- Intimate care products and washes
- Period care products (cups, tampons, opened pad packs)
- Earrings and other body-piercing jewellery
- Lipsticks, glosses and any opened cosmetics
- Sale items marked "final sale"
If a product arrived damaged, faulty, or wasn't as described, the above doesn't apply — we'll replace or refund it, no questions asked.
